We offer a remote support service for computer repair, all you need to have is a working Internet connection and we can resolve many issues remotely.
You don’t have to be in or around Nottingham to take advantage of our remote support, we can assist you wherever you are in the world.
Remote Support allows Nottingham Computer Repairs to connect to your computer over the Internet, from there your problem can be resolved. Our technician is able to take control of your computer or laptop just like he was sat right in front of it; and you will be able to see exactly what is happening. Many problems can be resolved remotely.
To take advantage of out remote support please follow the steps below:
1. Download client software by clicking Here
2. Call us on 07586 871 744 so you can explain the problem that you are having.
3. We will then guide you through what you need to do in order for us to connect to your computer.
4. Once we are connected you will be required to make payment by clicking on the payment button below.
5. When your payment is received we will start work on your computer.
Please make a payment of £24.95 to cover the first hour of remote support.
In the rare instance that a problem takes longer than an hour to resolve; you will be required to make a further payment at the end of the session. Based on £6.00 per 15 minute block.
